Home Sale Requirements

Sellers are required to provide the following HOA information and documents to prospective buyers:
  • Governing Documents 
  • Annual Budget Report
  • Financial Statement
  • Insurance Summary 
  • Current + one full year minutes of Board Meetings
  • Evidence and/or documentation that any HOA balances due are settled
Real estate agents and title companies are to be informed by sellers that these documents are to be requested in writing to the Board of Directors by mail at:
